This week was about two things: helping real estate agents finish 2026 with momentum and making sure they’re better prepared for 2027. Behind the scenes, I coded **4,820 real estate website pages across six client websites**, expanding the ways buyers can discover available properties through Google, other search engines, and AI-powered search tools. One website alone received 1,099 new pages organized around luxury homes, affordable properties, condominiums, and land, representing 32,970 property placements across those pages. Another received expanded ZIP code navigation to help visitors find inventory by location. This isn’t about building pages just to increase a website’s size. It’s about creating useful entry points into the actual housing inventory, so consumers can find the properties they’re searching for instead of getting lost on a generic homepage.
The other major focus was preparing agents for the coming year. I continued setting up the **2027 Production Spreadsheets**, organizing next year’s coaching call schedule, and helping agents finalize their business plans. Across six documented individual coaching and technical meetings, we worked on everything from production goals and prospecting schedules to listing landing pages, website speed, lead registration, analytics, and complicated MLS integrations. We also reviewed website performance, including one client’s reported 215% increase in Google search visibility, while identifying opportunities to improve how another website converts organic traffic into leads. The purpose of all this work is to connect an agent’s daily activities to measurable business results. A production spreadsheet should tell you where you stand, a business plan should tell you where you’re going, and your website should be working to create opportunities along the way.
I also delivered **Domain Authority Session 4 and Workshop 4**, continuing our work on the technical side of real estate marketing. The focus of this education is helping agents understand how website architecture, property inventory, internal linking, and search visibility fit together. Agents don’t need another collection of disconnected marketing tricks. They need systems that make their websites easier to navigate, their listings easier to discover, and their businesses easier to manage.
### What Does This Mean for You?
**You don’t have to figure all of this out on your own.** The production spreadsheets, business planning tools, coaching sessions, technical workshops, and strategies we develop are designed to help you build a business that is more predictable, measurable, and sustainable. But having access to the tools is only the beginning. The real value comes when you put them to work. Are you tracking the conversations that lead to appointments? Do you know how many transactions you need to reach your 2027 goals? Is your website making your listings easy to find, or are potential clients finding your competitors instead? These are questions we can answer together, and there is still time to make meaningful changes before the new year.
**My challenge to you is simple: don’t wait until January to start building your 2027 business.** Let’s review your production numbers, finish your business plan, identify the gaps in your website, and establish the daily activities that will move you toward your goals. Whether you want to close five more transactions, double your production, improve your online visibility, or simply regain control of your schedule, the first step is knowing where you stand and deciding where you want to go. **The systems are here. The coaching is here. The technical support is here. The opportunity is yours.** Let’s use these final weeks of 2026 to build the business you want to have in 2027. **How can I best help you get there?**
